Located in the historic center, on the second floor of an ancient building, a few meters from Piazza Motta and the lake.
Recently renovated, it has preserved the atmosphere of an old Orta house.
The house has no lift, no air conditioning and no wi-fi.
The apartment is composed of living room with sofa bed and 1 and a half square and equipped kitchenette including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
We supply pots, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and a coffee machine.
Basic necessities: coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar.
bathroom with shower, sink and bidet;
bedroom with double bed.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
We provide towels, hairdryer, bath foam and linen for the bedroom.
Autonomous heating system.
Your pets are welcome.
Please note that car access is not possible in the center of Orta.
The public car parks (free and for a fee) are at about 200 meters from the apartment.
